Next yoga Brunch up for booking! A few months away due to other commitments, but it will be worth the wait!

The day will start with a 90 minute Yin Yang Yoga class to nourish body and mind and also whet up an appetite. Then we will sit down to a delicious, nutritious sharing vegetarian lunch prepared lovingly by my husband, Richard who just happens to be an excellent chef.

Since we will have just returned from France hosting our first retreat, we thought we would bring back some inspiration and have this one themed with the cuisine of France.

There will be soft drinks and herbal teas provided too.

 

Menu  –

To whet your appetite –

Roast cherry tomato crostini with a white bean pesto
Herby garlicky mushroom crostini
 

The main event –

Savoy cabbage, caramelised onion and blue cheese tart topped with pickled walnuts
Puy lentil, goats cheese and minty pesto salad
Colourful kale, apple and fennel slaw with tart cherries

To top it all off –

Chocolate orange pots with rustic almond shortbread shards

 

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance at time of booking.

Also, the owners of the flat have cats, so if you have any allergies, please bear this in mind. The cats will not be there at the time, but just incase. Due to the beautiful floors, no high heels are permitted just incase you thought of wearing them…. 🙂

The tickets are £35 per head and the maximum number of attendees is 16.
